OUR

FOCUS

The Deke Foundation was founded to support the educational programming and student growth initiatives of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. We rely heavily on the generous donations of Alumni, parents, and supporters. Here's how you're support makes an impact!

Education

A solid foundation in education is the key to success later in life. Your donations fund chapters around the United States (and the world) allowing for events, trips, books, student housing, extracurricular activities, and so much more. Deke empowers growth academically and intellectually.

Health

We invest heavily in the mental, physical, and developmental health of our members. That takes shape through many different initiatives (see our Vision for Member Education below to learn more.) We're here to help young men develop into successful adults and productive professionals.

Community

Community is the family that goes beyond family! Deke is known for cultivating THAT kind of community, creating lifelong relationships of impact for our members. By strengthening the DKE Community, we strengthen our members and Alumni, greatly enriching their lives.

Vision for

Member Education

Here are the primary pillars of Deke's Member Education Model:

  • Accessibility: Members should have easy access to educational resources and opportunities, regardless of their location or availability.

  • Relevance: The educational content should be relevant to the needs and interests of the members, and cover topics that are critical to their personal and professional development.

  • Personalization: Members should have the ability to tailor their learning experience to their individual goals and learning styles.

  • Engagement: The educational experience should be engaging, interactive, and enjoyable, with opportunities for members to connect with one another and with industry experts.

  • Continuity: The education experience should be continuous, with opportunities for members to expand their knowledge and skills over time and throughout their careers.

  • Outcome-Driven: The education program should be designed to achieve specific outcomes, such as increased knowledge, improved skills, and increased job satisfaction.
